The TH671ST is the long-running budget pick for a home golf bay. It is a bright 1080p short-throw that puts a 12 ft wide image on the screen from about 8.5 to 10 ft. It uses a lamp, not a laser, which is why it costs less up front.
Specifications
- 1920 x 1080 Full HD
- 3,000 ANSI lumens, 10,000:1 contrast, 92 percent Rec.709
- Short throw, 0.69 to 0.83:1 with manual 1.2x zoom: a 100 in image from about 4.9 ft
- Game mode, input lag 16.7 ms at 1080p 60 Hz
- Vertical keystone, plus or minus 40 degrees
- Inputs: 2 x HDMI, VGA in and out, USB-A power, RS-232, 3.5 mm audio in and out
- Lamp light source: 4,000 hours in Normal mode, up to 10,000 hours in Eco
- 3-year manufacturer warranty on the projector; lamp covered for 1 year or 2,000 hours
Who it is for
A first bay on a budget, in a room where you can control the light. It has no golf mode or automatic screen fit, and the lamp will need replacing over time. For a laser with golf features, see the AH500ST or AH700ST.
