Refund policy

The Fairway 12 can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The made-to-order sizes are final sale and cannot be returned.

Fairway 12. This is the only size we hold in stock. If it is not right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee.

Fairway 8, Fairway 10, Fairway 14, and Impact Padding. These are built to your order after you place it. They are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind or because they do not fit. Before you order one of these sizes, send us your room width, ceiling height, and where the studs or joists run, and we will confirm the right size for free.

Defective or damaged on arrival, any size. Final sale does not apply to defects or freight damage. If any item, made-to-order sizes included, arrives defective or freight damaged, we cover the return at our cost and repair, replace, or refund it. Because the screens ship as oversized freight, please inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing, then contact us the same day.

Return freight on a Fairway 12 return. You choose. You may book and pay for the return freight yourself, in which case your refund is the full purchase price. Or we will book the pickup and deduct the actual freight cost from your refund, and we will tell you that cost before we book it. There is no restocking fee either way.

Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
