Refund policy

If The Home Fairway System isn't right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Because the screens ship as oversized freight, please inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will arrange the return at our cost.
