Refund policy

30 days to change your mind, on every size. Any Home Fairway product, including the Impact Padding, can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. A 15 percent restocking fee is deducted from the refund, and you pay the return freight.

Condition. Unused means the system has not been mounted, run or hit into. Keep the crate and packing material until you are certain you are keeping the system. Once the screens have been mounted and used, they can no longer be returned under this policy.

Return freight. The restocking fee is 15 percent of the product price. Return freight is your choice: book and pay for it yourself with the carrier you prefer, or ask us to book it and we deduct the actual freight cost from your refund along with the restocking fee. We tell you the cost before anything is booked.

Defective or damaged on arrival. The restocking fee does not apply to a defective or freight-damaged system. Defects and freight damage are covered on every size, at our cost, and we repair, replace or refund it. Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt with the carrier before you sign, and report it to us the same day with photos. If the packaging looked fine and you find damage after unpacking, report it with photos within 5 days of delivery and keep all packaging until we confirm.

How to start a return. Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery: call or text 817-458-8556, email hello@thehomefairway.com, or use the contact page. We confirm the return, agree how the freight will be booked, and confirm the refund amount, restocking fee included, before anything ships.

Refunds. Once the return arrives and is inspected, the refund goes to the original payment method, less the 15 percent restocking fee and any return freight we booked on your behalf.

Before you order. Sizing review is free. Send us your room width, ceiling height and where your studs or joists run, and we confirm which size fits before you commit. That is the cheapest return there is.
