Why Retractable, and How It Works
Keep the golf. Keep the room.
A golf simulator at home usually forces a choice. Build a permanent enclosure and you hand over a room for good. Skip it and you keep driving to the range. The Home Fairway is the third option: motorized screens that turn a room into a hitting bay on demand, then disappear so the room stays yours.
What a permanent enclosure actually costs you

This was our own setup before The Home Fairway. A fixed enclosure, up permanently.
Look at what it takes. The frame, the netting, and the hitting bay claim the floor and never give it back. The room has exactly one job now. That is the trade every permanent enclosure asks you to make, and for most people it is the reason a home simulator never happens. You do not have a spare room to surrender. You have a garage that still parks cars, a basement the family uses, a bonus room that has to pull double duty.
The same problem, solved

The same room, one press of the remote apart.
Full bay when you want it. A room again when you do not. No disassembly, no dragging panels into a closet, no square footage surrendered.
How it works
1. Deploy. One press of the RF remote lowers the rear impact screen and both side screens into a full hitting bay. No cranking, no ladders, no lifting panels into place.
2. Play. Pair it with any launch monitor, projector, and simulator software you like. The rear screen is a true 3-ply impact screen built for real ball speed, and the two side screens keep stray shots contained.
3. Retract. Press again and the screens roll up into the ceiling. Your garage, basement, or bonus room is fully usable again in seconds.
Retractable vs permanent
A permanent simulator dominates a space forever. Great if you have a dedicated room to spare. Most people do not. A retractable screen gives you the full bay when you want it and the garage, gym, or family room back when you do not.
Just the screens vs the full kit
Full-kit retractable systems bundle in ceiling panels, baffles, brackets, and corner pieces, then charge a premium for parts most buyers do not need. We went after what actually matters: a motorized 3-ply impact screen, two side screens, and an RF remote, with both side screens included in the base price rather than sold back to you as an add-on. Premium materials, honest price.
What you get
A motorized rear 3-ply impact screen, two motorized side screens, and an RF remote. Not included: ceiling panel, corner pieces, baffles, brackets, installation, and the launch monitor, projector, computer, mat, and turf. We do not install. It ships ready to mount and most owners handle it themselves or with a handyman.
Built to grow with you
