Shipping policy

We ship The Home Fairway System free to the contiguous lower 48 states only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, we do not ship to Canada, and we do not ship internationally. Orders placed for an address outside the contiguous lower 48 will be cancelled and refunded.

Lead times. Fairway 12 ships in 5 to 10 business days. Fairway 8, Fairway 10, Fairway 14, and Impact Padding are made to order and ship in 8 to 10 weeks. The made-to-order sizes are final sale. Your order confirmation lists the lead time for what you ordered.

Delivery. The screens ship as oversized freight. Please inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
