Home Golf Simulators in Dallas-Fort Worth
A home golf simulator screen, built by a Dallas-Fort Worth family
We are Matt and Kade, a father and son in Aledo, Texas, and we build The Home Fairway: motorized retractable golf simulator screens that drop down to play and lift into the ceiling when you are done.
We ship nationwide, but DFW is home. If you are in Fort Worth, Dallas, or anywhere in between and you are trying to figure out whether a simulator fits your garage, you can call us and talk to the people who actually build the thing.

Why the garage is the DFW answer
Most North Texas homes do not have a spare room to give up, but almost all of them have a two-car garage with 20 to 24 ft of width and enough ceiling to swing. That garage is the best simulator space in the house, and it is also the space nobody wants to lose.
That is the problem we built the company around. A fixed enclosure turns your garage into a golf room permanently. A retractable screen lets it be both. Screens down, you have a full hitting bay. Screens up, the truck comes back in.
The other DFW-specific reality is heat. A garage in August is not where you want a permanent fabric enclosure sitting in the sun by an open door for months. Being able to stow the screens when you are not using them is not just about parking.
What we know about North Texas garages
- Garage door track is almost always the constraint, not ceiling height. Tracks on standard builds hang 7 to 8 ft off the floor and run the depth of the bay. Measure to the underside of the track. Side-mount openers and high-lift conversions are common local fixes.
- Newer builds in Aledo, Willow Park, Northwest ISD and the Alliance corridor often have 9 to 10 ft garage ceilings, which is more than enough.
- Older Fort Worth and East Dallas homes run tighter, frequently 8 ft, which still works for most golfers on everything but a driver.
- Post-tension slabs mean you are mounting to the ceiling structure, not the floor, which is exactly how our system installs anyway.
Full detail on all of this is in our golf simulator room size guide and our ceiling height guide.
Where we sell
We ship free freight to the lower 48, so distance is not a barrier. Locally, we work with customers throughout the Metroplex, including:

What we do and do not do
We want to be straight about this before you spend money.
We do: build and ship the complete screen system. That is the motorized 3-ply rear impact screen, two motorized 8 ft side screens, and an RF remote that works through walls. Free freight, 2-year limited warranty, and we answer our own phone.
We do not: offer an installation service, and we do not sell launch monitors, projectors, hitting mats or turf. Our price is what it is because we do not carry that overhead. Mounting is a competent handyman or carpenter job: brackets are 3 in by 5 in and must land on studs or joists, or rated heavy-duty toggle bolts, never drywall alone. Power is a standard 110V outlet. If you want, we will walk your installer through it on the phone.
Free sizing review, from people in your area code
Send us three numbers: the wall width where the bay will go, your ceiling height measured to the lowest obstruction, and the depth of the room. We will tell you which size fits, or tell you it does not. No pressure and no obligation.
