A Dallas-Fort Worth father-son company.
We're Matt and Kade, a father-son team out of DFW, and the people behind The Home Fairway. We also run SV Luminary; The Home Fairway is our second brand under Summit Vantage LLC.
It started in our own garage
We wanted to practice and play golf at home without handing over the whole garage to do it. A permanent simulator wasn't going to work; we still needed the space for everything else a garage is for. That was the problem we set out to solve.
The screens that matter, without the full-kit price
Retractable screens fixed it: drop them down to play, lift them out of the way when you're done. But the full systems on the market bundled in ceiling panels, baffles, brackets and corner pieces, and charged a premium for parts most people don't need. So we went after what actually matters: a motorized 3-ply impact screen, two 8 ft side screens, and an RF remote. Premium materials, honest price.
Lean on purpose
We run lean so we can price fair and still stand behind the product. You get a real DFW team that answers the phone, straightforward freight shipping, and a 2-year limited warranty on every system, with no showroom and no pressure. Just a clean setup that disappears when you're done.
On buying from a company you have not heard of
We should say the obvious part out loud. We are new. We do not have a wall of five-star reviews yet, and we are not going to manufacture one. If you are about to spend a few thousand dollars with a company you found last week, that deserves a straight answer rather than a badge.

The photos on this site are real rooms with our screens in them, not renders. And if you would rather talk to a person before you spend the money, that is the part we are best at. Send us your room dimensions and we will tell you honestly whether it fits, including when the answer is that it does not.
