The Home Fairway System is a motorized, fully retractable screen set: a rear 3-ply impact screen plus two 8 ft side screens, all operated by remote. Press once to drop a real hitting bay into your garage or bonus room. Press again and it rolls up into the ceiling, and the space is yours again in seconds.

Defects and freight damage are the exception. If it arrives defective or freight damaged, we cover the return at our cost and repair, replace or refund it.
The 2-year limited warranty runs from the purchase date rather than delivery, so on this build coverage starts 8 to 10 weeks before the crate arrives.

Fit
Will it fit your room?
The Fairway 14 is the size to buy when more than one golfer plays and they do not swing the same way. At 14 ft wide, a right-handed and a left-handed player each get their own comfortable setup without moving the mat or resetting the bay between shots.
That is the practical difference against the Fairway 12. Twelve feet fits most two-car garages and handles both-handed play well enough for occasional sessions. Fourteen is for the household where a lefty and a righty are both playing regularly, or where you simply have the wall and would rather not think about alignment again.
The extra width also buys margin on mishits. A wider bay means the side screens sit further outside your swing path, which is the difference between a toe hook hitting screen and a toe hook hitting drywall.
Ceiling height still governs the swing. Plan on around 9 ft of clearance for a full driver swing, with roughly 8.5 ft workable depending on height and swing plane. Our ceiling height guide has the numbers by player height.
Both 8 ft side screens are included in the price and run 100 1/2 in bracket to bracket, so check that depth alongside the 14 ft of width.

Do I really need 14 ft of wall?
You need 14 ft of usable wall width, measured where the brackets land rather than at the door opening. Send us that number and your ceiling height and we will confirm before you order.
How deep are the side screens?
8 ft each, and both are included in the base price. Plan on 100 1/2 in bracket to bracket when you measure.
Is the Fairway 14 worth it over the Fairway 12?
It is when more than one golfer plays and they swing from opposite sides. Fourteen feet gives a lefty and a righty each a comfortable setup. If one golfer uses the room, the 12 is usually enough screen.
Does the extra width help with mishits?
Yes. A wider bay puts the side screens further outside your swing path, which is what catches a toe hook before it finds drywall.
Do you install it?
No. We do not offer installation. It ships ready to mount and most owners handle it themselves or with a handyman. Brackets are not included so you can mount to your specific ceiling or wall.
Can I go wider than 14 ft?
Yes. We quote custom widths above 14 ft. Send your room measurements and we will price it.
Can I return it?
No. This size is made to order, so it is final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind or because it does not fit. Defects and freight damage are the exception: if it arrives defective or freight damaged, we cover the return at our cost and repair, replace or refund it. The Fairway 12 is the only size we hold in stock, and it is returnable within 30 days. Send us your measurements before you order and we will confirm the size free.
When does the warranty start?
On the purchase date, the day you place the order, not the day it is delivered. This size is made to order, so the first 8 to 10 weeks of the 2-year limited warranty run while it is still in production. Coverage is for the original purchaser only and does not transfer if you sell the unit or the house.

As oversized freight, free to the lower 48. This size is made to order, so it dispatches in 8 to 10 weeks. Inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.
