The Home Fairway Ceiling Padding: Panel Sets
Ceiling mounted acoustic impact panels. Sized to your ceiling. Free freight to the lower 48. Made to order, ships in 8 to 10 weeks.
Protect the room. Quiet the strike.
The Home Fairway Ceiling Padding is a set of thick, leather-look panels built for real golf shots. Run them across the ceiling above your hitting bay, the surface that catches the thin shots, the toe hooks, and the club that gets away from you. Each panel takes ball and club impact, protects the drywall behind it, and knocks down the crack of every strike.
Pick the set that matches your screen size below. Each set is sized to the screen it sits above, priced by the coverage you need, and we quote custom layouts for anything in between.
The idea
Drywall was never part of the game
Every simulator room has a miss pattern. Thin shots, toe hooks, the occasional club slip. Bare ceilings collect the dents and the whole house hears the strike. These panels put two inches of engineered padding between your golf and your room, so the ceiling stays clean and the sound stays in the bay.
Choose your set
Priced by coverage, matched to your screen
| Set | Panels | Layout | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fairway 8 | 2 | 1 wide x 2 high | $999 |
| Fairway 10 | 4 | 2 wide x 2 high | $1,299 |
| 6 | 3 wide x 2 high | $1,499 | |
| Fairway 14 | 8 | 4 wide x 2 high | $1,999 |
The Fairway 12 set uses a 41 7/8 in x 48 in x 2 in panel. Panels hang two high on every set, so sets come in even counts, and each screen size steps up by one column, from two panels on the Fairway 8 to eight on the Fairway 14. Panel size on the other sets is matched to that screen width. Panels mount independently, so you can run the full grid above the bay or cover only the strike zone.
Construction
Five working layers in every panel
A leather-look face that cleans with a wipe. A cushion sponge layer that softens the strike. A high-density EVA core that absorbs the impact energy. A rigid wood backing that keeps every panel flat and square. And velcro mounting, so the panels go up without tools and lift off any time you want the room back.

Common questions
Will it stop a real golf shot?
That is what it is built for. Two inches of layered padding over a rigid wood back takes ball strikes and the occasional club contact, and protects the ceiling behind it.
Which set do I pick?
Match it to your screen size: the Fairway 8 set pads a bay around 8 ft wide, up through the Fairway 14 set for the widest bays. If your room falls in between, or you want more or less coverage, request a custom quote and we will map it with you.
Ceiling only?
These sets are built for the ceiling above the strike zone, which is where most simulator rooms take the damage they never planned for. If you want the wall behind the bay covered as well, we quote that as a custom layout.
Do I need this if I have the screens?
The screens catch the shots you aim. The padding covers the surfaces for the shots you do not. Most rooms use both.
Does it help with noise?
Yes. The sponge and foam layers soak up impact sound, so strikes read as a thud instead of a crack through the house.
Do I have to use it with a Home Fairway screen system?
No. The panels work in any simulator space, with any enclosure or screen.
Why the 8 to 10 week lead time?
Padding sets are made to order and shipped in batches, so every set is fresh production rather than warehouse stock. Order now and your set is reserved from the next run. Questions on timing? Call or text and we will give you a straight answer.
