A full hitting bay that lifts into your ceiling in one press.
The Fairway 16 is three motorized screens on one remote: a rear 3-ply impact screen and two motorized side screens up to 8 ft deep. Press once and the bay comes down in about 20 seconds. Press again and it rolls back into the ceiling, and the garage, basement or bonus room is a room again. Both side screens, the motors, the RF remote and the mounting brackets are in the $3,449.
Fit
Will it fit your room?
You need 16 ft 4 1/8 in of clear wall, measured outside bracket to outside bracket, about 9 ft of depth for the enclosure with 8 ft sides, less with the 6 ft or 5 ft sides, and a ceiling around 9 ft for a full driver swing. In a garage, measure to the underside of the door track, not to the ceiling.
The Fairway 16 is the widest standard size, for dedicated simulator rooms, three-car garages and bays shared by more than one golfer. At 16 ft wide, a right-handed and a left-handed player each get their own setup with room to spare, and the side screens sit well outside either swing. The Fairway 14 covers most two-golfer rooms, and the Fairway 12 fits most two-car garages.
The extra width buys the most margin on mishits of any size we sell. A wider bay means the side screens sit further outside your swing path. The ceiling height guide has the numbers by player height.
Run your numbers through the fit calculator, plan the whole room with the Build Your Bay planner, read the room size guide, or see the garage door tracks guide. Or send us your wall width and ceiling height before you order and we will confirm the right size, free.

Installation
Ships ready to mount
We do not install. Most of our customers have an electrician hang it, and a handyman service can do it too. The brackets land on studs or joists, or on rated heavy-duty toggle bolts. Never drywall alone.
Each of the three motorized screens has its own 120V plug-in power lead. They do not need three separate outlets; plan where the leads will reach power, and we recommend plugging them into a surge protector. If you want, we will walk your installer through it on the phone: 817-458-8556. The ceiling load guide covers what to check first, and the installation overview walks through the whole job.
The idea
Your room back in seconds
Most golfers do not have a spare room to give up. They have a garage that still parks cars, a basement the family uses, a bonus room that has to pull double duty. A permanent enclosure solves the golf problem and creates a new one. When you are done playing, the rear and side screens retract into the ceiling and the room goes back to being a room. The photo above is our own game room: poker night, minutes after the last putt dropped. No disassembly. No dragging panels into a closet.
Operation
One remote. Powered all the way.
All three screens are motorized and run from a single RF remote that works through walls. Screens 1, 2 and 3 run on their own or together, so you can bring the main screen down by itself for a movie. No cranking, no ladders, no lifting.
Materials
A real impact screen
The rear screen is a 3-ply impact screen built for real ball speed, shot after shot. It holds a crisp, bright projected image so your simulator software looks the way it should, and the two side screens keep stray shots contained inside the bay.

Common questions
Is the Fairway 16 worth it over the Fairway 14?
It is when the room is there to use. Sixteen feet is the widest bay we sell, so two golfers who swing from opposite sides each get a full setup, and every mishit has the most margin before it reaches a side screen. If the wall is under 16 ft 4 in, the 14 is the size.
Does the extra width help with mishits?
Yes. A wider bay puts the side screens further outside your swing path, which is what catches a toe hook before it finds drywall.
Do I need a dedicated golf room?
No. That is the whole idea. The screens retract into the ceiling so a garage, basement, or bonus room stays fully usable when you are not playing.
How much space do I need?
16 ft 4 1/8 in of clear wall, a 9 ft ceiling and 13 to 15 ft of depth is comfortable, and a shorter room still works. Our room size guide has the full numbers, and there is a two-car garage guide if that is where yours is going.
What about my garage door track?
If the housing clears the track it mounts at the ceiling. If it does not, it gets shimmed down below the track, or you turn the bay to hit toward the house. The garage door tracks guide covers each layout.
What launch monitor and projector do I need?
Any of them. The Home Fairway System is the retractable screen set. Bring the launch monitor, projector, and software you prefer.
Will it handle real golf shots?
Yes. The rear screen is a 3-ply impact screen built for real ball speed, with two side screens to keep shots contained.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on the motors, electronics, remote and hardware, from the purchase date, for the original purchaser. The screens are a consumable and are not covered. Anything that arrives damaged or defective is covered regardless. Full terms are on the warranty page.
Can I return it?
Yes. Every size, the Fairway 16 included, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with a 15 percent restocking fee, and you pay the return freight. Defects and freight damage are different: if it arrives defective or freight damaged, we cover the return at our cost and repair, replace or refund it.
Can I get a custom width?
Yes. Custom builds cover 8 to 16 ft wide and 8 to 14 ft of drop. Request a quote.
How does it ship?
As oversized freight, free to the lower 48. Plan on 2 to 4 weeks. Inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Damage found after unpacking must be reported with photos within 5 days of delivery.
The Home Fairway is a father and son company in Aledo, Texas, operated by Summit Vantage LLC. Free freight to the lower 48, and a 2-year limited warranty on the motors, electronics, remote and hardware. Questions? Call or text 817-458-8556.
Finish the bay
What most Fairway owners add with the screen system: ceiling padding matched to the screen width, and the projector gear to run it. Padding ships with the screens; projector gear ships separately in 3 to 5 business days.
