The Home Fairway System is a motorized, fully retractable screen set: a rear 3-ply impact screen plus two 8 ft side screens, all operated by remote. Press once to drop a real hitting bay into your garage or bonus room. Press again and it rolls up into the ceiling, and the space is yours again in seconds.

The idea
Your room back in seconds
Most golfers do not have a spare room to give up. They have a garage that still parks cars, a basement the family uses, a bonus room that has to pull double duty. A permanent enclosure solves the golf problem and creates a new one. The Home Fairway does not. When you are done playing, the rear and side screens retract into the ceiling and the room goes back to being a room. The photo above is a real customer install: poker night, minutes after the last putt dropped. No disassembly. No dragging panels into a closet.

All three screens are motorized and operate from a single RF remote that works through walls. No cranking, no ladders, no lifting. Lower the bay to play, raise it when you are finished.

Fit
Will it fit your room?
Fairway 12 fits most two-car garages and bonus rooms. It measures 148 1/16 in outside bracket to outside bracket, so plan on at least 12 ft 4 in of clear wall. We also quote custom widths if your room is in between sizes.

Common questions
Do I need a dedicated golf room?
No. That is the whole idea. The screens retract into the ceiling so a garage, basement, or bonus room stays fully usable when you are not playing.
How much space do I need?
Roughly 12 ft of width, a 9 ft ceiling and 13 to 15 ft of depth is comfortable, and less still works. Our room size guide has the full numbers, and there is a two-car garage guide if that is where yours is going.
How deep are the side screens?
8 ft each, and both are included in the base price. Plan on 100 1/2 in bracket to bracket when you measure.
What launch monitor and projector do I need?
Any of them. The Home Fairway System is the retractable screen set. Bring the launch monitor, projector, and software you prefer.
Will it handle real golf shots?
Yes. The rear screen is a true 3-ply impact screen built for real ball speed, with two side screens to keep shots contained.
Do you install it?
No. We do not offer installation. It ships ready to mount and most owners handle it themselves or with a handyman. Brackets are not included so you can mount to your specific ceiling or wall.
