FlightScope Range Gen2 Launch Monitor
- New and factory sealed, from an authorized FlightScope dealer
- FlightScope 12-month limited warranty
- Works with GSPro and E6 CONNECT
- Free freight to the lower 48. Ships by ground from our Texas stock in 1 to 3 business days.
FlightScope Range Gen2 is the install-it-and-forget-it version of Mevo Gen2. FlightScope says it is built on the same hardware inside, so you get the same Fusion Tracking and the same 20 data parameters, packaged for a bay where the launch monitor never moves. One network cable carries power and data, there is no battery to charge, and a magnetic baseplate puts it back in alignment every time.
Who it is for
- A dedicated garage or basement bay where you want the sim ready the moment you walk in
- Coaches, club fitters and small sim studios running a bay all day
- Not the pick if you also want to take it to the range. That is Mevo Gen2, with a battery, for $550 less
Why buy it here
- Stocked in Aledo, Texas, and shipped by ground in 1 to 3 business days, free to the lower 48
- Authorized FlightScope dealer: new and factory sealed, with FlightScope's manufacturer warranty
- We plan the install with you: where it sits, where the cable runs and what powers it
- Pay over time with Shop Pay Installments at checkout
- A golfer answers the phone: call or text 817-458-8556
Will it fit my room?
Range Gen2 sits on the floor behind the ball and reads the shot as it flies away. From FlightScope's Range Gen2 manual:
- Unit to ball: 7 ft 10 in recommended, 6 ft 11 in minimum and 8 ft 10 in maximum. Use the full 7 ft 10 in when club data matters most
- Ball flight: at least about 8 ft from the ball to your screen
- Set it on a level floor in line with the mat, with the hitting surface no more than 3 in above the floor
- Putting: 7 ft from the unit to the putting ball
That is about 16 ft from the unit to the screen. Add room behind the unit for the cable and plan on about 19 ft of room depth. Keep fans, air conditioners and fluorescent lights out of the space in front of the unit, since they can interfere with the radar.
Tight on depth? Try the Will It Fit calculator or book a free room call.
Power and network: what you will need
- Power: Power over Ethernet from an 802.3af PoE injector or switch, or an optional 24 V DC power supply. It draws about 7 W. FlightScope does not include the injector, power supply or Ethernet cable.
- Cable: a Cat5 or Cat6 Ethernet cable, up to 98 ft (30 m) long, from the injector to the unit
- PC: a Windows 11 PC connects over Ethernet
- iPhone, iPad or Android: the unit plugs into your Wi-Fi router by Ethernet, and your phone or tablet connects over that Wi-Fi in the FS Golf app. Unlike Mevo Gen2, it does not make its own Wi-Fi
- Temperature: rated for 32 to 104 F. In a Texas garage that bakes in summer, plan for cooling or bring it in
Tell us your room and we will tell you exactly which injector and cable length to get.
What it measures, free

Questions we get
Is it more accurate than Mevo Gen2?
No. FlightScope says it is built on the same hardware inside. You are paying for the permanent, always-on install, not better numbers.
Is there a subscription?
No. FS Golf and the 8 E6 CONNECT courses come with no annual fee.
Does it come with the cable and power?
No. FlightScope leaves the Ethernet cable and PoE injector out of the box so each room gets the right length. We will tell you what to buy for yours.
Can I use it with my iPad?
Yes, through your home Wi-Fi. Plug the unit into your router by Ethernet, then connect the iPad to that Wi-Fi in the FS Golf app.
Warranty
Covered by FlightScope's manufacturer warranty, handled directly by FlightScope. We will help you start a claim if you need one.
Shipping
Ships new from Aledo, Texas, by ground in 1 to 3 business days. Free to the lower 48.
Ethernet cable, PoE injector or power supply, simulator software beyond the included E6 courses, PC, projector, screen and hitting mat sold separately.
Finish the bay
KIT reads the shot. These run the bay around it: a Fairway Sim PC for GSPro, a Stance mat to hit from, and the screen system it all plays on.
