The Home Fairway System: Fairway 8
Both 8 ft side screens included. Screens to 11 ft high. 2-year limited warranty. Free freight to the lower 48. Made to order, ships in 8 to 10 weeks.
A full golf simulator that disappears when you are done.
The Home Fairway System is a motorized, fully retractable screen set: a rear 3-ply impact screen plus two 8 ft side screens, all operated by remote. Press once to drop a real hitting bay into your garage or bonus room. Press again and it rolls up into the ceiling, and the space is yours again in seconds.
You get the screens that actually matter, at an honest price, because you are not paying for a padded full kit or parts you will never use. The Fairway 8 is $2,399, with both motorized 8 ft side screens included in the base price.
The idea
Your room back in seconds
The screens lift into the ceiling when you are finished, so a single-car garage can be a hitting bay in the evening and a garage again the next morning. See how the retractable system works.
Operation
One remote. Powered all the way.
All three screens are motorized and operate from a single RF remote that works through walls. No cranking, no ladders, no lifting. Lower the bay to play, raise it when you are finished.
Materials
A real impact screen, not a tarp
A construction-grade 3-ply rear screen built for real ball speed and a bright projected image, with two 8 ft side screens keeping stray shots inside a narrow bay.

Fit
Will it fit your room?
The Fairway 8 is the single-car garage build. It is the size most people land on when the room has one bay, a workbench down one wall, and no chance of giving up the space full time.
At 8 ft wide the hitting bay is sized for one golfer at a time, set up square to the screen. A right-handed and a left-handed player can both use it, but each will reset their stance rather than share a fixed spot. If golfers of opposite handedness play together most sessions, look at the Fairway 12 or Fairway 14 instead.
On this size, ceiling height matters more than width. Most golfers want around 9 ft of clearance for a full driver swing, and many make it work closer to 8.5 ft depending on height and swing plane. Under 8.5 ft gets tight for taller players. Our ceiling height guide has the numbers by player height.
Both 8 ft side screens are included in the price. They run 100 1/2 in bracket to bracket, so plan that depth into the bay before you order.

Common questions
Will a Fairway 8 fit a single-car garage?
Usually. Eight feet is the narrowest bay this size supports, and it is sized for one golfer at a time. Measure the usable wall width rather than the door opening, send it with your ceiling height, and we will confirm before you order.
How deep are the side screens?
8 ft each, and both are included in the base price. Plan on 100 1/2 in bracket to bracket when you measure.
Can two golfers share a Fairway 8?
They can take turns. What an 8 ft bay does not give you is one setup that suits a right-handed and a left-handed player at the same time. If that is your household, the Fairway 12 or Fairway 14 is the better buy.
Is 8 ft wide enough to swing a driver?
Yes. Width sets how much room you have beside the ball, not how hard you can swing. Ceiling height is what limits a driver.
Do you install it?
No. We do not offer installation. It ships ready to mount and most owners handle it themselves or with a handyman. Brackets are not included so you can mount to your specific ceiling or wall.
What if my room falls between sizes?
We quote custom widths. Send your measurements and we will price the closest build rather than push you into a size that does not fit.
How does it ship?
As oversized freight, free to the lower 48. This size is made to order, so it dispatches in 8 to 10 weeks. Inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.
